Armando Clemente da Silva, a 36-year-old Brazilian “speeder” has been caught with over 1,000 outstanding tickets for speeding and running red-lights over a seven year period. His fines total around $1.9 million! Mr. da Silva says he didn’t get any notices of the fines because he never registered his car with his address.

The car, worth about $6,500 has been impounded by the police and unless he pays off the fines the car will be auctioned.

NeoBux.com has been pretty good to me. Aside from the fact that it is a little bit slow, and I can only really generate about $.05 per day (I have no one in my downline yet). Despite that! I have been paid! And I’m looking to be paid a second time someday soon here.

Which leads me to the NeoBux Tip! It’s just a little advice on how to use the paid-to-click program, so it is also ptc tips or ptc advice. What is it? Well, especially for NeoBux (and probably many others) there is a minimum payout. The first payout is $2, the second is $3, and so on. Now, when I did this I let me amount run well over the $2 minimum. Yeah, when I clicked to get paid I did. But, I then was that much further away from the $3.

Basically, if I had $2.75, and then ask for payment I got the $2.75. Then I started without a penny towards the $3 minimum. But, I should have watched closely when I was nearing the $2, and immediately asked for payment, then that next $.75 would have gotten me so much closer to the $3 payout.

Now in the big scheme of things, of course, this doesn’t really matter since $2 + $3 + $4 will equal $9 whether you get it all paid at exactly the minimum or wait. Your choice, really, but for me, seeing that payout was a really good feeling! And if I’d of gotten that feeling sooner and then the $3 mark would be closer.

That’s the tip for the day. Hope you think its useful. And, if you aren’t a NeoBux member yet, then please click on the link and sign up! It’s easy and painless — I guarantee it!

NeoBux.com Update

Thought I’d take a few seconds and let everyone know what’s up with my test of using NeoBux.com. I’m pleased to announce that I’ve hit the $2.00 minimum payout, and asked for, and instantly got the $2 via AlertPay!

Not bad for a few moments of time each day while doing other things. Try it, it won’t get you rich, but every couple of months a little extra money doesn’t hurt. And if you have a bunch of people under you clicking the same way, you’ll be getting the same amount they do each day. Not shabby! Click here to join - its free!

In Easton, Maryland it is illegal to go topless in public. But still it is done. For the third time since 2003, Easton Police have ticketed someone for being out topless. This time, June 4, 2008, Sean Cephus was outside topless and the police spotted him and gave him a ticket. A town ordinace dating back to 1974 which calls for a fine of up to $100 and up to 10 days in jail.

Lt. Gregory Wright says that people being topless is a nuisance.

Well, if you recall from last week, I signed up for NeoBux to see what it is like. Here’s what it is like.

In one week, of taking a little time while I’m reading e-mails or eating dinner or watching tv, I can take and click on a few ads. I’ve gotten $.52 over the first week. The first few days I could click quite a few, but lately it seems like 5 per day ($.05). Today there is 6.

Basically, log-in to the site. And click the “view advertisements” link. It shows you a few advertising links and they have a star beside them. Click on the link to the ad you want to see. The area where the ad was disappears and you get a prompt telling you to click on the red dot inside the rectangle. Doing this opens the ad in the new window. The red dot appears in randomly different places. The idea here is that no automatic clicking programs can click that and they can audit and pay people quicker. (If I understand right they pay at $2 and over).

Once you’ve clicked on the ad, it shows a little progress bar above the webpage of the advertiser. When the progress bar reaches the end you are credited your money. $.01 for a basic user to $.02 for the upgraded members. Close the window, go back to the NeoBux page and click the next ad. Keep doing this until you’ve done them all. If you get an “error” when the progress bar reaches the end, then go back to the ad screen and re-click it. This happens to me sometimes.

Come back periodically through the day and recheck the ads, new ones will have a star, older ones (that you’ve seen will have a clock meaning that you must wait until your reset time to click it again).

That’s it! Painless. Easy extra $3-4 per month all by myself. If I can get a handful of people doing this with me (sign up please!) then I’d be doing $8/12/16/20 etc per month. Couple of hundred would be nice! So, check the link and sign-up. Thanks!

There’s this really amazing story out in Oklahoma, as John Tyler Hammons has defeated 70 year-old Hershel McBride to become the new Mayor of Muskogee, Oklahoma! The neatest thing about this is that John Tyler Hammons is a 19-year-old and he absolutely trounced his opponent. He’s a freshman at University of Oklahoma, and now also (since winning the election on May 13th) is the mayor of a 38,000 population town! He won the job with 70% of the vote.

Hammons describes himself as a “gamer” and loves video games, rock music and fast cars. Click here to visit the Hammons For Mayor Website.

NeoBux Review

I came across this really interesting concept. Its called PTC or Pay To Click. Where all you do is log in to their website, and click on an ad. Wait 30 seconds and they credit your account with money. $.01 to $.015 or up to $.04. Doesn’t sound like much, but depending on the number of ads you see per day, you could easily get $.10 a day or so. Still not much, is it? Well, the neat thing is that if you get referrals. That is, you send people to their site and they sign up under you, every time they click an ad you’ll get $.005 or $.01 or even $.02 per click. So, imagine having 10 people doing the same thing you are. Now instead of the $.10 per day, you’ll be making somewhere near $1. Add even more referrals under you and you’ll be bringing in more! $1/day = $30 per month. Which is a nice dinner or evening at the movies.

And if you multi-task it isn’t like you are doing very much.

I think this is a nice and painless way to bring in a little extra cash. I’ve just started, so I’ll fill you in with more details later on as I go along.

In the meantime, please visit NeoBux.com and sign up. Its decidedly painless! Go for it!

Today is April Fool’s Day. Did you do any pranks or pull tricks on anyone today? If so, comment about them, I’d love to hear. Playing around, goofing off, and in general having fun — especially at work or school — is good for you. Keeps things light, and fun. It’s good.

So, if you are by some chance reading this (I know its late) and there is a sliver of a chance that you could still have a little April Fool’s tomfoolery, then do it!

Tom Brady and the New England Patriots went through the entire regular season of NFL football this year, 16 games, and were undefeated. A feat not done since the 1972 Miami Dolphins did the same - but only 14 games back then.

So, you’d imagine that with Brady’s numbers and perfection record he’d get a perfect vote for MVP of the NFL. Almost. He garnered 49 of the 50 votes, the last lone vote going to Green Bay Packer’s Brett Favre! Read the story on Yahoo news here.

Congrats Brett! :)

I know that sounds like something out of a newspaper tabloid, but it is true, an unidentified 85-year-old man was stopped doing around 100 mph, at least 40 over the posted limit.

The new Provincial laws call for the loss of vehicle, loss of license for a week, and a fine of at least $2,002 if a driver is doing more than 30 mph over the posted limit. These drivers will be charged with street racing. Even if they are just speeding.

The driver was going to the bank and to do some shopping.

And the interesting thing about all this — the law has been on the books since the end of September this year and already over 2,300 drivers have been charged! Toronto must be NASCAR country!
